Welcome to Pink Mimosa. By placing an order on our website www.pinkmimosa.ae, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
🌸 1. Flower Care After Delivery
To ensure your flowers last longer, please follow these care instructions:
Unpack the bouquet and trim the stems by 1–2 inches at a 45-degree angle for better water absorption.
Remove any leaves that fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.
Keep the flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, heat, or drafts.
If your arrangement includes floral foam, add water slowly to keep it hydrated.
Avoid rearranging the flowers in the foam to prevent air pockets, which can affect freshness.
🛒 2. Orders & Products
All floral arrangements on the Pink Mimosa website are crafted using natural, perishable flowers. As such, variations in size, color, and lifespan may occur based on the season and flower availability.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
In case a particular flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar type or color of equal or higher value to maintain the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
Packaging may differ slightly from what is shown online due to availability and presentation enhancements.
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free same-day delivery within Abu Dhabi city for orders above AED 250.
For orders under AED 250, a delivery charge of AED 30 will apply.
Deliveries outside Abu Dhabi city will incur an additional AED 30 delivery fee.
Our standard delivery slots are:
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Orders must be placed at least 2 hours prior to the desired delivery slot.
Delivery times are subject to availability. If a chosen slot is full, we may shift the order to the next available slot.
Delays caused by the recipient’s unavailability or lack of response are beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable in such cases.
❌4. Cancellations
Orders scheduled for same-day delivery are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
🔁 5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
If you receive a damaged product or encounter any quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Our team will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
Replacements, where applicable, will be processed within 1 business day.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
